Contact forms. The data entered (last name, first name, email address, subject and message) is used only to answer the request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. This processing is based on steps taken at the request of the person concerned before entering into a contract. The data is sent by email, stored on the website with its host and kept for no more than three years after the last exchange. It is never sold or transferred.
Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals to tell humans from bots.
Audience measurement. The website uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic.
Live chat. The chat window is provided by tawk.to; messages written in it are processed by this provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
